March Teaching Series

HE SAID WHAT?

We've all read confusing verses where Jesus said crazy things like, "If your hand causes you to stumble, cut it off" or "If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also" and many more. These sayings left people then, as well as numerous Christians today, feeling confused, shocked and questioning exactly what it was that Jesus meant.  During the He Said What? series we will be tackling these crazy statements of Jesus head on.  Over the next three weeks, we hope to not only talk through what Jesus meant with those sayings but to also understanding the revolutionary kind of life he was calling people to live and how that life still apply to each of us today.

February Teaching Series

Junior High is an age where we start to recognize more and more just how different people can be from each other.  Differences come in hobbies, sports, school, taste in music, choice of friends or any other number of things.  But no matter how different we are, one thing we all have in common is...FAMILY.  Everyone has a family.  Although each family is different, no two look the same, no family is perfect.  During the month of February we will take a close look at family and talk about what God intended for family to be, what to do when there is brokenness in our family and the role we each play in our own Family Portrait.

Join us Saturdays at 6:00pm or Sundays at 9:30am in the Event Center
